Terms of Service — Shree Ganesh Design

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and business dealings with Shree Ganesh Design, a saree manufacturing and wholesale business based in Surat, Gujarat, India.

1. Nature of business

Shree Ganesh Design manufactures and supplies sarees primarily on a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale basis. Catalogues, prices and lot sizes shared with you are for business enquiry purposes and may change without notice.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed only after our written confirmation (WhatsApp or email) and any agreed advance payment.
Prices are ex-Surat unless otherwise agreed; transport, insurance and taxes (GST) are additional as applicable.
Payment terms are as agreed per order confirmation.

3. Dispatch and delivery

Goods are dispatched via transport/courier as agreed. Dispatch timelines shared are estimates; delays by transporters are outside our control. Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the transporter unless otherwise agreed.

4. Quality and returns

Every piece is quality-checked before packing. Any genuine manufacturing defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the unused piece and original packing. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement or credit as agreed. Colour variation due to screen display or photography is not a defect.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, catalogues, photographs and content on this website belong to Shree Ganesh Design and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

6. Communication

By contacting us on WhatsApp, phone or email, you agree to receive business communication related to your enquiries and orders. You may opt out at any time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
